Fall-Prevention for Older Adults

A four-week sequence for older adults: supported balance daily in weeks 1–2, a progressive standing-balance series daily in weeks 3–4, older-adult strength three days a week, an Otago-style home routine three times a week, a tai-chi-inspired balance flow twice a week, and an ongoing multicomponent fall-prevention routine. Opens with a read on neuromotor fitness.

Every routine and read in this plan rests on a finding a review reported; each carries its own evidence.

The sequence and its schedule — which weeks, which days, what comes before what — were written by Applied Wellness and were not tested as a program. Each part carries its own evidence.
