This routine blends the ingredients with the strongest fall-prevention evidence: progressively challenging balance work, leg strengthening, and gait/stepping practice. Meta-analyses show such multicomponent, balance-focused programs reduce falls in community-dwelling older adults, especially at higher doses sustained over months. It is designed for gradual progression with support available.
