Forgiveness & Letting-Go Exercise
A secular, self-directed reflection that treats forgiveness as releasing resentment for your own well-being, distinct from condoning, forgetting, or reconciling. This is not a substitute for therapy; for trauma, abuse, or persistent distress, please seek a qualified mental-health professional. Evidence for structured forgiveness reflection is preliminary (Grade C).
Grade inherited from the evidence blocks this routine implements. Duration is a starting point (do more or less); the app just tells you where you land against the evidence-based dose.
