Multiple meta-analyses find individual-focused stress interventions, cognitive-behavioral approaches, coping-skills training, and workplace mindfulness produce small-to-moderate reductions in stress and exhaustion. Effects are modest, often short-term, and mostly from healthcare samples, so these skills help manage stress but do not resolve its organizational causes.
