Manage Work Stress
A routine for handling ordinary work stress and catching burnout early. You learn to recognize the three dimensions of burnout and distinguish it from normal tiredness, map your job's demands and resources, draw on social support, and practice a brief evidence-informed coping or mindfulness skill most days. These are individual tactics for everyday stress; they reduce perceived stress and strengthen coping, but they cannot resolve the chronic work stressors (overload, lack of control, unfairness) that actually drive burnout. If you notice signs of severe or persistent burnout, seek a qualified professional (physician, therapist, or EAP) rather than relying on self-management alone.
Grade inherited from the evidence blocks this routine implements. Duration is a starting point (do more or less); the app just tells you where you land against the evidence-based dose.
