Weekly Purpose Reflection

A secular weekly reflective-writing routine to connect daily activities to a personal sense of purpose. Purpose is a modifiable psychological resource, not a fixed or religious mandate. If reflection repeatedly surfaces existential distress or a sense of meaninglessness, treat it as a signal to seek professional support.

Grade inherited from the evidence blocks this routine implements. Duration is a starting point (do more or less); the app just tells you where you land against the evidence-based dose.
