Loneliness Reset

A non-clinical weekly reset for people feeling more disconnected than they'd like. It normalizes loneliness as an addressable signal, then combines planned contact, a group activity, and one thought check-in. If isolation feels severe or persistent, this routine also points toward structured community referral and, where needed, professional support.

Grade inherited from the evidence blocks this routine implements. Duration is a starting point (do more or less); the app just tells you where you land against the evidence-based dose.
