Workday Recovery Routine

A short daily sequence to help you shift out of work mode and recover. You first learn why psychological detachment and sleep matter for recovery, then run an end-of-day wind-down ritual, then protect deliberate off-work recovery activities. This is an individual recovery habit: it helps you recover from ordinary work strain, but it cannot offset chronically excessive workloads, understaffing, or an always-on culture that structurally prevents detachment. If off-hours work intrusions are being imposed on you, this routine supports you but does not fix the underlying conditions.

Grade inherited from the evidence blocks this routine implements. Duration is a starting point (do more or less); the app just tells you where you land against the evidence-based dose.
