Strengths & Meaning Reflection

A reflection routine to connect what you do best with what matters to you. You revisit the intrinsic work needs of autonomy, mastery, and meaning, treat engagement as a realistic and partially trainable target, name your signature strengths, and periodically check whether your work aligns with your values. This is an individual reflective practice: it can surface small, meaningful adjustments and sources of engagement, but it cannot manufacture meaning in a role that is chronically misaligned or make up for a lack of real autonomy. If the reflection keeps returning the same structural mismatch, treat that as data about the role, not a personal failing.

Grade inherited from the evidence blocks this routine implements. Duration is a starting point (do more or less); the app just tells you where you land against the evidence-based dose.
