Micro-Break Plan

A lightweight in-day plan to break up strain before it accumulates. You use the job demands-resources map to see micro-breaks as a small personal resource that buffers demands, then schedule short pauses to move, breathe, or look away from screens through the day. Micro-breaks help with ordinary strain and screen fatigue; they are a marginal individual tactic and cannot compensate for excessive demands, back-to-back scheduling you do not control, or a job with no room to pause. Where the workload itself leaves no space for breaks, that is a structural problem worth naming.

Grade inherited from the evidence blocks this routine implements. Duration is a starting point (do more or less); the app just tells you where you land against the evidence-based dose.
