Boundary & Detachment Routine
A routine to protect personal time from work spillover. You first clarify what the work-life boundary is and where your main conflicts arise, then commit to one concrete boundary (a firm stop time or notifications-off window), then use detachment to make the boundary stick psychologically, not just on the calendar. This is an individual-level lever: how much balance is achievable depends heavily on your context, and no personal boundary can fully counteract a job that structurally demands constant availability. If the after-hours demands are coming from workload or management expectations, the boundary is a starting point, not a cure.
Grade inherited from the evidence blocks this routine implements. Duration is a starting point (do more or less); the app just tells you where you land against the evidence-based dose.
