Skill-Building Session

Focused, feedback-driven practice reliably builds the specific skill you practice (Grade C). It does not raise general intelligence: gains stay near the practiced skill. Use this session to get measurably better at one thing you care about, with consistency valued over session length.

Grade inherited from the evidence blocks this routine implements. Duration is a starting point (do more or less); the app just tells you where you land against the evidence-based dose.
