Read & Reflect

Reading challenging material and engaging with it actively is a low-cost, sustainable form of mental engagement (Grade C); explaining what you learn adds connection and purpose. Structured learning in adulthood is linked to better wellbeing (Grade B). This routine pairs input with active consolidation, done for genuine learning and wellbeing, not a general brain boost.

Grade inherited from the evidence blocks this routine implements. Duration is a starting point (do more or less); the app just tells you where you land against the evidence-based dose.
