Morning Light Routine

Getting outdoor daylight early is linked to better mood, alertness, and circadian regulation. Evidence here is observational and preliminary (Grade C), so treat this as a low-cost habit rather than a guaranteed effect. Pair the outdoor step with bright indoor light to reinforce the daytime signal.

Grade inherited from the evidence blocks this routine implements. Duration is a starting point (do more or less); the app just tells you where you land against the evidence-based dose.
