Vibration-assisted
At least one paper behind this review states what this option was measured against. That is not a ranking, and this option carries no evidence profile of its own.

Added 16 minutes of passive vibration foam rolling using a commercial roller at 48 Hz. A researcher rolled over triceps brachii, biceps brachii, latissimus dorsi, rotator cuff, calf, quadriceps, gluteus, and hamstring muscles with a pressure intensity of 2 or 3 on a 10 cm visual analog scale, performing one set of 60 seconds per muscle group at a rate of 30 rolls per minute. Same as SS + VFR but without vibration.
Acute Effects of Static Stretching Combined with Vibration and Nonvibration Foam Rolling on the Cardiovascular Responses and Functional Fitness of Older Women with Prehypertension
Nothing states what this option's dose measures — no library step prescribes this option and its review states no dose unit.
28 Hz
Vibration Rolling, Non-Vibration Rolling, and Static Stretching for Delayed- Onset Muscle Soreness on Physiological Changes and Recovery of Athletic Performance in Runners.
Equipment is a property of the movement and is authored, never derived from the evidence corpus (docs/research/round2/ROUND2_KNOWN_CORRECTIONS.md §1). This option resolves to no catalogue exercise, so nothing has authored it yet.
No row states a level or a prerequisite for this option.
Vibration foam rolling has a significant effect on performance compared to non-vibration foam rolling.
A Comparison of the Effects of Foam Rolling and Stretching on Physical Performance. A Systematic Review and Meta-AnalysisPressure maintained at 2 or 3 on a 10 cm visual analog scale, duration of 60 seconds per muscle group. Same as VFR but without vibration.

A paper measuring one option against another does not make the two interchangeable, and it does not say which to choose. These are listed as what the papers did, and nothing here proposes a substitution.
