Training on wobble boards, balance discs, or a BOSU raises the proprioceptive challenge and can improve balance and ankle stability. Because gains are somewhat task-specific, this circuit is a component within a broader program. Progress from two-legged to single-leg and from static holds to controlled movements, always near a support.
