Early evidence indicates kettlebell programs can improve strength, power and work capacity, making them a practical, space-efficient option, particularly for home and circuit settings. Because loading jumps between fixed bell sizes and the ballistic lifts are technical, kettlebells complement rather than fully replace conventional progressive loading for maximal strength.
