High-frequency training spreads weekly volume across many sessions - training each muscle four or more times a week. Because outcomes are driven mainly by total weekly volume, high frequency's value is logistical: it keeps each session short and fresh and can slightly favor strength by allowing more quality practice of the lifts. It suits people who prefer brief daily sessions or want to maximize per-set performance, provided total volume and recovery are kept in check.

This is the evidence-based dose. A shorter session still counts, it just gives partial benefit rather than the full effect.
Common misconceptions
- Myth: Training a muscle more often automatically builds more of it. Actually: When weekly volume is equal, higher frequency adds little size; it mainly redistributes the same work.
